Each drinking coconut contains between 10 oz – 14 oz * (295 ml – 414 ml) of coconut water, which is the perfect amount to hydrate and replenish electrolytes on a hot day or after exercise. The water contains just about 45 calories per cup (240 ml), making it the preferred alternative to artificial sports drinks.
It is rich in potassium (more than bananas!), which helps regulate blood pressure. Magnesium and calcium help replenish essential minerals, and it is gentle on the stomach, ideal for hydrating during illness.

Coconut pulp is equally nutritious. It’s a great source of fiber and heart-healthy fats that boost energy and may support good cholesterol (HDL).
