Lychee, also known as litchi, is a sweet, refreshing fruit that has been cultivated for thousands of years in Southeast Asia and gained popularity worldwide. Nicknamed the “alligator strawberry” due to its small round size and red scaly skin, the lychee boasts a sweet juicy pulp, and one large seed in the center.

Enjoy lychees as a snack or use them in your favorite fruit salads, desserts, ice creams, jellies, or a variety of beverages including cocktails and bubble teas.

We source lychees from Mexico and Florida and distribute to retailers throughout the US and Canada.
To remove the skin of a single fruit, dig your nail into the stem and gently peel the skin. Pop the peeled fruit in your mouth and eat around the seed like a cherry, discard the seed. For multiple lychees, carefully use a serrated knife to peel away the skin. The flesh of the fruit is wrapped around a large seed in the center. Gently cut the flesh of the lychee around the middle to remove the center seed.
Enjoy Super Benefits from this Superfruit!
The lychee fruit is a rich source of important nutrients and minerals that can help to boost the immune system thanks to its high levels of Vitamin C, potassium, copper, and antioxidants.
