Grown in Mexico year-round, these guavas have a sweet and tangy flavor. They are rich in vitamin C and fiber and considered a digestive aid and immune booster.
Guavas are a great snacking fruit:
Mexican guavas are ready to eat when ripe and yellow. Just rinse and eat them bite by bite or cut in quarters for younger children. Watch for the hard seeds and be careful not to bite down too hard. 
Best to swallow seeds whole or strain them when juicing.
Enjoy guavas in a tropical fruit juice!
Rinse, cut, and blend with water and ice. Add your preferred sweetener as needed. Strain the juice and enjoy!
Guavas are rich in vitamin C and fiber. They are a great digestive aid and help boost the immune system. Guavas are also said to lower blood sugar levels and are therefore a great support for a healthy lifestyle.
