Dragon Fruit Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

• 1/2 cup skim milk

• 1 dragon fruit

• 5 strawberries

• 1 tsp honey

Instructions

1. Wash strawberries and remove the stems.

Slice the dragon fruit in half scoop out the soft edible portion of the fruit and discard the skin.

2. Place fruit and all the other ingredients into a ninja blender and blend until smooth.

3. Pour into preferred cups, add a straw, drink, and enjoy!
